Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Resident Aide who finds purpose in serving residents with compassion, teamwork, and attention to detail. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, clear expectations, and meaningful work that directly improves the lives of others.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to residents.
- Assist residents with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and other needs indicated by their plan of care.
- Ensure call lights are answered promptly.
- Monitor and assist residents as needed.
- Assure proper documentation and timely charting for resident care.
- Assist in answering call lights and ADL support of the residents.
