About The Position
Sycamore Manor Senior Living is seeking a Resident Aide to provide non-nursing/non-direct care and ancillary services in accordance with quality standards under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. This role is for individuals who are dedicated and compassionate and have a passion for working with seniors.
Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
