About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Resident Aide in our Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). This role provides direct care and support to residents while helping create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
Requirements
- CBRF certifications required: Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid
- Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Medication Administration certification preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor resident safety and well-being
- Assist with meal service and daily activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
- Ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Follow all resident care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies
