Requirements

Proven success in sales, business development, hospitality, or relationship management
Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience
Strong consultative selling and closing skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry preferred
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through consultative sales strategies
Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners
Conduct engaging community tours that showcase the lifestyle and value of Delaney at Parkway Lakes
Manage inquiries, nurture prospects, and maintain a strong follow-up cadence
Overcome objections and guide prospects confidently toward a move-in decision
Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing to execute occupancy and lead-generation strategies
Represent the community at networking events, outreach activities, and marketing initiatives
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records within the lead management system
Analyze local competition and identify opportunities to strengthen market position
