This role is crucial for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of these training programs, ensuring compliance with ACGME, institutional, and departmental requirements. The coordinator will manage the entire trainee administration lifecycle, from ERAS application processing and onboarding to scheduling, evaluations, and certification tracking. This position serves as a key liaison between residents, faculty, program leadership, and Graduate Medical Education (GME) offices, responsible for maintaining accurate program records, preparing accreditation documentation, and supporting review processes. The role involves managing residency management systems, updating ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) records, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations. Financial support includes reconciling budget forecasts, processing educational expenditures, and preparing funding requests. Additional responsibilities include coordinating student rotations, updating educational website content, managing program surveys and statistical reporting, and organizing educational resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a structured environment.
