This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence 1–2 days per week on average, with the needed flexibility to be onsite more frequently based on residency program needs. Occasional weekend hours are also required to support key program events such as graduations, retreats, and special meetings. Are you energized by supporting the next generation of physicians and keeping complex, high‑impact programs running seamlessly? As a Residency Program Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the success of our Family Medicine, Geriatrics, and Emergency Medicine residency programs, while also flexing to support additional programs as needed — serving as a trusted partner to program leadership, faculty, and residents while helping ensure accreditation excellence, operational efficiency, and an outstanding training experience. If you’re organized, collaborative, and passionate about supporting physician education, we invite you to apply and be part of the team shaping tomorrow’s healthcare leaders!
