Lead the physician recruitment lifecycle by orchestrating a seamless interview and selection process to secure the next generation of top-tier medical talent. Ensure program excellence and accreditation by maintaining rigorous compliance with national medical education standards (ACGME), protecting the program’s reputation and standing. Drive the onboarding and integration journey for new resident physicians, providing the essential resources and support they need to transition successfully into clinical practice. Create impactful educational and milestone events by managing the logistics for graduations, orientations, and training sessions that foster a culture of community and continuous learning. Maintain data integrity and personnel records to ensure that every physician’s training history is accurate, secure, and ready for professional certification.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
