This position is in person with most days required to be worked on-campus every week. In general weekly remote days are allowed except for when program scheduling necessitates more presence on campus as well as outside of regular hours (ex. Student open houses and orientation, commencement, on-site trainings, etc). Job Summary The Program Coordinator supports the administrative and operational functions of multiple academic programs within the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department. Reporting to the Program Manager, and working in collaboration with program directors, the coordinator performs day to day administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient program operations. In addition, the coordinator plays a key role in managing annual academic processes—including admissions, enrollment, orientation, and graduation—by tracking deadlines, preparing required materials, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator also assists with routine reporting, data collection, and program documentation to support compliance, evaluation, and continuous improvement across all assigned programs.
