Snowmass Club is seeking a Residences Housekeeper who enjoys making a difference through attention to detail, organization, and exceptional care for our residences and guest accommodations. In this role, you'll help ensure every residence is beautifully maintained and guest-ready, creating a welcoming environment that feels like a home away from home. Your work plays an important role in delivering the exceptional experiences our members and guests have come to expect. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and understands that the little details can make a big impact.

Requirements

  • One year of housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of proper cleaning techniques and safety practices
  • Desire to provide outstanding service behind the scenes
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Ability to perform physically active work throughout the day
  • Ability to climb ladders when needed
  • Exposure to cleaning products and housekeeping-related materials
  • Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens or infectious materials in accordance with safety protocols

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare residences and guest accommodations to Snowmass Club standards
  • Strip and remake beds with fresh linens
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and décor throughout residences
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, hallways, and hard-surface flooring
  • Clean windows, mirrors, windowsills, walls, light switches, and baseboards
  • Check lamps and lighting for proper operation
  • Inspect drapes, furniture, and room amenities for presentation and functionality
  • Ensure membership materials, directories, and informational items are properly stocked and organized
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, and fixtures
  • Wash tiles, shower walls, mirrors, and surrounding surfaces
  • Restock towels, washcloths, toiletries, glasses, and guest amenities
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and laundry items
  • Stock housekeeping carts and supply caddies with necessary materials
  • Restock storage rooms and housekeeping supplies
  • Assist in maintaining organized housekeeping workspaces and inventory areas
  • Report when residences and guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
  • Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Help maintain safe and organized work areas
  • Participate in emergency response procedures as required
  • Demonstrate knowledge of caring for and preserving a variety of surfaces and materials
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions
  • Support overall Club operations and perform additional duties as assigned
  • Assist teammates as needed to ensure exceptional service standards are maintained
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment
  • Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping team members and Club departments
  • Contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for members and guests
