About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Residences Guest Services Attendant (Hiker/Page) to join our dynamic Residential Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our residents. Satisfying our residents depends on the united efforts of many; we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Requirements

• A genuine desire to serve and connect with people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An anticipatory mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to recognize residents, learn preferences and build trusted relationships
• Resourcefulness and willingness to take ownership of resident requests
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and adapt as operational needs change
• Professional judgment and respect for resident privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative Residential team
• Ability to safely operate resident and guest vehicles, including manual transmission
• Valid State of Texas driver’s license
• Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provides valet parking service to the residences.
• Manages personal deliveries.
• Recognizes residents, establish connections and be present on our front drive.
