About The Position

The Residences Concierge is an integral part of the Residences at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. The main objective of this role is to ensure our members have a smooth arrival experience, a highly connected and engaged visit, and an ongoing relationship with our brand and our team. The Residences Concierge team is expected to go above and beyond for our members by utilizing their resources and knowledge of the local Naples area. Our goal is to enhance member experiences and make their stay as enjoyable as possible!

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Passion for guest services and hospitality.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a welcoming, helpful, and discrete environment for every guest
  • Answering phone calls while responding to chats and emails that come through our unique computer systems
  • Connecting with our members to discuss their needs for transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities, preferences, arrival/departure time, etc.
  • Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
