Residence Manager - Pleasant Valley
About The Position
Greystone Programs is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Residence Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of their group homes in Pleasant Valley, NY. This role is part of the Residential Services program for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). The Residence Manager will implement core values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Honesty, and Diversity. This position will coordinate a team of Direct Support Professionals responsible for all aspects of residents' lives in an OPWDD certified group home. The ideal candidate will mentor, teach, guide, and lead in creating, monitoring, and evaluating meaningful plans to ensure residents have opportunities for growth and development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Requirements
- Relevant supervisory experience and demonstrated competence in independently leading/supervising staff will be considered as an alternative to a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working in an OPWDD setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day oversight of one of the group homes in Pleasant Valley, NY.
- Coordinate the team of Direct Support Professionals.
- Ensure all aspects of a person’s life within an OPWDD certified group home are managed.
