The Residence Manager is responsible for the overall functioning and oversight of assigned programs. This position's specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the subsequent items and are characterized in the following five standards of performance: Programming/Scheduling, Supervision of employees, General Program Oversight/Documentation/Record Keeping, Promoting Person Centered Living, and Teamwork. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm but is subject to change based on program/workload needs and may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday hours. The role involves serving on a 24-hour On-Call rotation and maintaining coverage of all programs when on-call. Specific work schedules and site placements are determined by program needs and assigned by leadership. Travel or transfer between programs may be required, with approved transportation reimbursable at IRS guidelines. The position requires maintaining acceptable work attendance.
