About The Position
The Residence Life Coordinator supports residence life or housing operations, including managing housing assignments and working with housing software and related systems. The role requires collaboration with staff, students, and external stakeholders, as well as attention to detail in managing complex processes. The coordinator also troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to housing software and other systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 years of experience in residence life or housing operations, with a proven record of managing housing assignments.
- Strong working knowledge of software platforms including StarRez and Ellucian Banner, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with all Microsoft applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to housing software and other systems.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Higher Education or a related field.
- Experience working with website content management and electronic communication tools.
