Residence Door Attendant
About The Position
At Four Seasons Private Residences Austin, the Residence experience begins at the front door. Through genuine relationships, thoughtful recognition and attention to the details that matter, this role helps residents feel known, cared for and at home. We are looking for someone who notices what others may miss, anticipates needs and takes ownership of creating solutions. You will welcome residents and guests by name, assist with vehicles, luggage, groceries, and packages, maintain an organized and welcoming residential entrance, and help ensure the front drive operates safely and efficiently. Exceptional residential service also happens between the requests. You will learn resident preferences and routines, recognize opportunities to assist before being asked, communicate important information to the appropriate team members and follow through to ensure needs are addressed. When a request cannot immediately be accommodated, you will approach it with resourcefulness and a willingness to explore what may be possible. As part of the Residential Team, you will work closely with Concierge, Security, Engineering and our Hotel colleagues to provide consistent Four Seasons service. Discretion, professionalism and respect for the privacy of our homeowners and their guests are essential.
Requirements

- Resourcefulness and a willingness to take ownership of resident needs
- Ability to remain composed and organized while managing multiple priorities
- Strong teamwork and communication across departments
- Professional judgment and respect for resident privacy and confidentiality
- Ability to safely operate resident and guest vehicles, including manual transmission
- Valid State of Texas driver's license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays in a 24/7 residential environment
Responsibilities
