About The Position
Natural Support Services is seeking Residence Counselors to provide direct support to individuals living in residential or respite environments. Residence Counselors assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and community participation while maintaining a safe and supportive home environment. Staff work as part of a team to ensure individuals receive quality support while following each individual's Person Centered Plan (PCP).
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass background check
- CPR / First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to support individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts if needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals living in residential or respite environments.
