What does a RESIDENCE COUNSELOR-GROUP HOME do? As a new Residence Counselor in our Group Home, you will embark on an exciting journey filled with meaningful interactions and impactful support. Your daily responsibilities will encompass fostering a safe and nurturing environment for residents and assisting them with daily living skills, while helping to develop their personal goals. Engage in active listening and empathetic communication to build trust and rapport, empowering residents to express their needs and aspirations.
