About The Position

The Reset Merchandiser is responsible for executing cold and warm shelf resets in retailers by physically organizing product placements. This role involves maintaining a safe and unobstructed work environment, building relationships to position the company as a category advisor, and potentially leading resets by collaborating with other companies. The Reset Merchandiser will manage the reset schedule to align resources, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth execution with internal teams, retailers, and suppliers. Additionally, this role supports inventory management by ensuring all resources are available for successful reset execution. Travel is required up to 100% daily, locally and up to 2 hours each way to work locations. Other projects or duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• 1 plus years of related experience
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
• Ability to operate a full-size van as applicable
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
• Ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

• Travel up to 100% daily, i.e., locally and up to 2 hours each way to work locations
• Other projects or duties as assigned
