About The Position

The Reset Merchandiser Traveler works with a team on retail new-store builds, resets, and full-store remodels at project locations across multiple states. The position requires travel for the duration of each project and uses planograms to assemble or disassemble fixtures, merchandise products, update signage, and complete shelf conditions. The role involves physically demanding work, including standing for 8–10 hours per shift and lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds. Employees need reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, a smartphone, and basic tool proficiency. The position pays $17 per hour. Mileage and drive time are reimbursed, and meal per diem, tolls, and approved expenses are covered. SPAR provides hotel accommodations with double occupancy. Requirements

At least 6 months of merchandising or fixture-building experience.
Ability to stand for a minimum of 8–10 hours per shift.
Comfortable working nights.
Proficiency in reading and implementing planograms.
Willingness to travel to project locations across multiple states for the duration of the project.
Basic proficiency with tools required for the job.
