Responsibilities

• Guide customers through rentals, tours, and membership options
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries across phone and digital channels
• Respond to incoming leads via email and CRM
• Identify needs and recommend the best experiences
• Drive revenue through upselling and personalized service
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate bookings and tour details
• Deliver a high standard of customer care from first contact through follow-up
