About The Position

The team is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to process group reservation information, including rooming lists, suites, resumes, and billing requirements. This role serves as a liaison between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings & Conventions, and the Front Office, ensuring accurate reservation details and exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Reservations Coordinator, you’re not just handling booking inquiries – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Process group reservation information, including rooming lists, suites, resumes, and billing requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings & Conventions, and the Front Office.
  • Ensure accurate reservation details and exceptional guest service.
