We're looking for a Reservations Agent who loves helping people, solving problems, and creating exceptional first impressions. Whether you're assisting a family planning a vacation, a couple celebrating a special occasion, or attendees arriving for a major convention, you'll help ensure every guest begins their experience with confidence and excitement. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoy turning questions into reservations, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel reservations, front desk, call center, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging phone presence.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn reservation and property management systems quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming reservation calls and respond to online inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Book individual room reservations while identifying opportunities to upsell room types, packages, and resort amenities.
  • Provide accurate information regarding accommodations, dining, amenities, promotions, and local attractions.
  • Modify, cancel, and confirm reservations while maintaining accuracy.
  • Assist guests with special requests and ensure important details are communicated to hotel operations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of room types, rates, availability, and resort offerings.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals for quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
