About The Position
Responsible for selling both Four Seasons Denver and Four Seasons Nashville rooms and providing information to prospective guests. To capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure, requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Requirements
- Previous customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Problem-solving skills.
- Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English.
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States.
