About The Position

As a Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting in all facets of the reservation experience (up to and including but not limited to: booking, modifying, selling and cancelling) reservations and services for guests for the San Luis Hotel and Resort while providing exemplary customer service to ensure guest loyalty and increased profit margins.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
  • Have the ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Answering internal and external telephone calls in order to assist the caller with their inquiries and requests
  • Selling of additional Services and Upgrades to respective guests by presenting, promoting products /services
  • Maintain accurate guest records
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
