About The Position
Responsible for working with and educating Christie Lodge owners on the benefits of their timeshare so they receive the highest possible value for what they own. Processing future reservations for Christie Lodge owners and rental guests in a friendly, efficient, informative and professional manner. Provide professional and high-quality guest service.
Requirements
- Prior guest service experience
- Friendly personality
- Good computer and phone skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work a 40 hour per week schedule
- Fluency in English
Nice To Haves
- Prior resort hotel guest service experience
- Prior reservations experience
- Some weekends and holidays may be required depending on the season.
