About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a results-oriented Reservation Manager Agent to join their team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role involves supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships primarily through reservation placement and equipment distribution. The position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization. The Reservation Manager Agent will operate under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager. U-Haul, founded in 1945, was established to meet the widespread need for do-it-yourself moving equipment available on a one-way, nationwide basis after World War II. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking

Responsibilities

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
