About The Position

The Reservation Coordinator – Conference Center – is responsible for delivering the highest standards in service and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring the space is optimized, onsite meeting and event requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. Plan experience-based events and liaise with external vendors. Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group focused on all aspects of guest and employee services, meeting and event planning and conference center management. Distinct from recruitment agencies, we do not engage in temporary contracts. Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Two years of planning experience in hospitality industry
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and share information with staff
  • Exceptional customer service abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and assist with a collaborative environment amongst TIAA members through events and personal introductions
  • Event Planning – ability to curate small and large events, which are directed to enhance workplace productivity and offer an experience-based workplace
  • Drive daily workplace operations in accordance with corporate workplace policies
  • Build relationships with various business divisions, executive office and assist with workplace related offerings
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the onsite operations team to ensure space is booked correctly
  • Effectively solve space or amenities-related issues to ensure an elevated user experience
  • Manage shared mailbox to ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner and escalate all service-related matters to the onsite client.
