IPARRT (Innovative Partnership for Advancing Rehabilitation Research and Training) is a research team within WCER and the School of Education. The research team holds a portfolio of grants and contracts that focus on individuals with disabilities, competitive employment, and quality of life. Researchers on IPARRT will assist investigators in the evaluation of the various projects. The candidate will work with the IPARRT research team to develop proposal for external funding opportunities, develop programming to implement funded projects, create evaluation plans and corresponding methodology, and support program evaluation activities. The researcher will attend project meetings and complete other duties, as assigned, in support of implementation of project objectives and project evaluation. This position will begin at 100% FTE. The Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) assignment may fluctuate between 60% and 100% based on programmatic needs, budget considerations, and available funding, and may be adjusted during the appointment as those needs change.
