About The Position

Miratech is seeking a highly responsible and motivated individual to join their team as a Researcher. This is a new role created due to team expansion and the company's rapid scaling, requiring additional support to manage hiring demands and ensure consistent pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work and develop in recruiting, be goal-oriented, and a fast learner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in a recruitment agency or IT company as a researcher.
  • English level upper-intermediate or higher.
  • Experience with workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Attentiveness to details and efficiency in search.
  • Confident user of various sourcing and recruitment tools.
  • Experience in international hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using channels such as LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, social networks, and job boards.
  • CV screening, selection, and adding candidates to SmartRecruiters, maintaining system updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Initial contact with potential "cold" candidates.
  • Conducting market analysis, data research, and preparing relevant reports and presentations.
  • Maintaining and expanding internal databases and related reports.
  • Job description congregation and quality check in accordance with corporate norms and templates.
  • Performing other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
