About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Researcher to join our Technology Development team, driving innovation in advanced semiconductor inspection solutions. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field (required)
Deep technical expertise in eBeam inspection applications and semiconductor processes
Strong knowledge of DRAM and/or NAND technologies
Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex technical environments
Ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
Effective project leadership and execution skills in fast-paced settings
Strong collaboration skills with engineering, product, and field teams
Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic thinking

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (strongly preferred)
Programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar) are a plus
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments

Responsibilities

Lead the development of advanced eBeam inspection applications for DRAM and NAND technologies
Define and refine application requirements in collaboration with customers, product teams, and engineering
Act as a primary technical interface with key customers, providing expertise and building trusted relationships
Drive execution of critical application projects, ensuring timely delivery and high technical quality
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across applications, engineering, and product management
Translate complex customer challenges into practical, scalable technical solutions
Identify opportunities to improve inspection capability and influence future product and application roadmap
Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to innovation in next-generation memory applications, including emerging DRAM and NAND architectures
Support knowledge sharing and capability building within the applications team
