About The Position

We are currently searching for an experienced Research Title Specialist to support our Midwest Region located in Collinsville, IL. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Volkert adheres to federal guidelines, which may include testing for substances such as marijuana. Please note that federal regulations may differ from state-specific guidelines
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting complex title research, analyzing property records and preparing legally compliant documents in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• The position requires a strong understanding of real estate records and documentation along with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Works collaboratively with project managers, right-of-way agents, and other team members to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of project documents
• This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who demonstrates initiative, maintains high-quality standards, and contributes to the overall success of the team
