About The Position

Plan, prepare for and execute cell culture techniques, including cell maintenance, passaging, and cryopreservation. Execute molecular biology experiments such as DNA / RNA isolation, PCR, qPCR, ELISA, and Western blotting. Maintain laboratory inventories and manage experimental data. Additionally, they will need to be comfortable collecting and preparing human placental tissue from newly delivered patients for culture experiments as well as isolation of primary cells.
