About The Position

The Tecle lab in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a Research Technologist II. To do this, we investigate the response of the C. elegans intestine to pathogen infection using genetic, cell biology, and biochemical approaches. Under the supervision of the PI, a successful candidate will support ongoing research projects and assist in laboratory management. A minimum of 1 year of prior research experience is required; 2 years of full-time research experience in an academic setting is preferred. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience with C. elegans; however, this is not required for a successful hire.
