Under general direction, design and perform experiments for sponsored research projects, including the compilation, analysis, and interpretation of experimental data. The successful candidate will participate in a multidisciplinary research program in the laboratory of Dr. Chaluvally-Raghavan, with a focus on characterizing the role of RNA-binding proteins (RBPs), immuno-oncology, and the development and validation of therapeutic antibodies for cancer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in molecular biology and biochemical techniques, including molecular cloning, protein expression and purification, and structural biology approaches. Experience with mammalian cell culture, RNA and protein analyses, and a strong understanding of cancer biology will be considered an advantage. The candidate is expected to work both independently and collaboratively, maintain accurate experimental records, analyze data, and contribute to manuscript preparation.
