Landpoint is seeking an experienced Research Technician to support our licensed surveyors with the title and land-records research that underpins accurate survey deliverables. The role centers on online and public-records research of deeds, easements, and rights-of-way (ROW); the assembly of line lists; securing survey permission and property access from landowners; and the maintenance of consistent, well-organized folder deliverables. The Research Technician serves as a research resource to the project management and RPLS/PLS teams – fielding research requests, sourcing and verifying records, and ensuring that every project file is complete, accurate, and ready for survey use. This is survey title research: the work directly informs boundary determinations, easement mapping, and ROW analysis performed by licensed professionals.
