About The Position
The Eberly College of Science, Department of Physics is seeking applicants for a part-time Research Assistant position. The applicant will be expected to conduct gravitational wave data analysis for the Penn State LIGO group, including searches for compact binary mergers and developing methods, models, and software to support these activities.
Requirements
- Significant post-graduate experience with LIGO data analysis.
- Research experience in gravitational wave physics.
