About The Position
The Research Specialist will assist with collecting kinematic and EMG data from participants in the lab, analyze the data, and present findings at lab meetings. The role also supports research data management, reporting, and administrative coordination.
Requirements
- PhD in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Gather information through laboratory experiments.
- Enter data into digital databases, correct errors, and keep files secure and organized.
- Use statistical tools or MATLAB to review findings and create charts or graphs.
- Help draft reports, academic papers, abstracts, and presentation slides.
- Schedule project meetings, order laboratory supplies, and handle project emails.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
