About The Position
The Lane Neuroimaging Lab is looking for a Research Services Manager. The Lane Lab is part of the Health Emotions Research Institute at the University of Wisconsin Department of Psychiatry, located in Research Park. The Research Services Manager supervises a team of two MRI technologists to complete research scanning using a 3.0T GE MRI that support the HERI research program.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in an MRI environment.

Responsibilities
- Develops and facilitates research specific presentations to internal and external audiences
- Serves as a subject matter expert and unit liaison.
- Provides updates on project components and timelines to stakeholders as needed
- Develops operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and unit objectives
- Assists with the development and auditing of project-specific budgets
- Assists with the design, monitoring, and execution of project-specific experiments.
- Identifies and resolves technical issues
- May direct the day-to-day activities of staff and resolve routine personnel issues
