About The Position

Folia Health was founded to provide personalized, data-driven healthcare. Folia enables users to track their experiences (fatigue, symptom flares, pain) alongside their treatments to understand the best way forward. Many users also share their data through Research Programs, which is the business model that supports Folia. Folia has developed and validated a new type of health data called home-reported outcomes (HROs), which digitize personal health knowledge through user responses to personalized questions. HROs are now a valued part of research methods used by life sciences companies to understand therapy impact in the real world. Folia, named for the power of individual contributions, is a female-founded and led company with a mission to make healthcare make sense. They have been in business for 10 years, are backed by top venture funds, and have a fast-growing user community.
