The Research Project Manager (RPM) will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of project activities for a NIDA-funded R61/R33 clinical trial. The goal of the project is to adapt and implement a participatory workplace clinical trial intervention for residential substance use facilities in Massachusetts. The project is a partnership between multiple academic institutions (Boston College, Harvard University, Washington University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and the Workforce Development Unit of the Bureau of Substance Addiction Services at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. The RPM will report to the PI, Associate Professor Erika Sabbath. The PM will be charged with the direct implementation of the clinical trial study design set forth by the investigators and lead day-to-day project planning and management.
