About The Position

This is a temporary position, lasting from mid-August to mid-December. The Research Project Interviewer will play a crucial role in conducting interviews and managing study documents for our research projects. This role requires in-person work at the client site. Please only apply if you live in one of the following markets: St. Louis, Orlando, Philadelphia, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta.

Requirements

  • Minimum is High School diploma - College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in market research or clinical research is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Computer Literacy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and specialized software.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude in all interactions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project needs and schedules.
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods, ensuring a positive participant experience.
  • Present oneself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also being self-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Complete study certification through client onsite training.
  • Engage with participants and external clients in a professional manner, administering study documents accurately.
  • Conduct interviews using specialized software, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate participant schedules and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
