Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in a healthcare discipline Required
  • In Lieu of degree six (6) years of clinical research, healthcare or related field Required
  • 5 years experience in all aspects of clinical research including study budgeting, phase I-IV research studies, screening, implementation and execution of research studies, regulatory and contracting Required
  • In lieu of degree eleven (11) years of experience in all aspects of clinical research including study budgeting, phase I-IV research studies, screening, implementation and execution of research studies, regulatory and contracting Required
  • Clinical trial (investigational drug and/or device) experience Required
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and IRB processes Required

Nice To Haves

  • Community and academic experience in research Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for the start-up activities of clinical research protocols initiated at Piedmont. Projects will span service lines and operational, clinical and financial areas and will be determined based on researchers' interest and engagement.
