The Institute for Global Tobacco Control (IGTC) in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society at the Bloomberg School of Public Health is seeking a Research Project Assistant II. IGTC is a key partner of the Bloomberg Initiative to Reduce Tobacco Use and works to reduce global demand for tobacco in collaboration with a global network of partners, including the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, the CDC Foundation, the World Health Organization, and Vital Strategies. IGTC contributes by generating evidence and building capacity to support policymaking and advocacy. This position will focus on the effective administration of capacity-building initiatives. The Research Project Assistant II supports the conduct of a research project. Collects and organizes data through study-specific procedures that may include community outreach, data collection, sample collection, laboratory work, and/or field work. Provides general administrative support for meetings/events, communications, reporting, etc.
