About The Position

Nemours is seeking a Research Program Manager to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The Center for Pediatric Traumatic Stress Program Manager will have primary responsibility at Nemours coordinating CPTS activities, maintaining the websites, handling social media accounts, and working with the Director and co-Director to assure that all procedures and policies are followed. They will also organize and participate in training activities and liaison with the Family Advisory Committee. They will be responsible for communicating with and keeping track of subawards and consultants and assuring the invoicing is up to date. The program manager will be responsible for the following for the Center for Pediatric Traumatic Stress: Essential Functions: Programmatic oversight of research grants programs/centers as well as planning, budgeting, program implementation/cost maintenance and methods/procedures Assist with development, tracking, and future expenditures of grant budgets. Assist with documentation for grant-related purchases (e.g., single source documentation and/or competitive quotes) Serve as primary liaison with Office of Sponsored Projects management of funded external grants and contracts (e.g. establishing new subcontracts, amendments, invoicing, progress reports) Monitoring center budget to ensure alignment with budgeted projections throughout the budget period Assist with preparation of grant/project submissions, project/grant renewals, and progress reports Liaison with PI to aid with recruitment, preparing job description and job posting, planning, and coordinating schedules for candidate interviews for Center hirings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience
