The Research Program Coordinator provides dedicated administrative and operational support for research compliance and research integrity functions across the organization. This role serves as the administrative lead for programmatic activities related to research integrity, misconduct, and compliance, supporting institutional committees and initiatives that ensure adherence to federal, state, sponsor, and organizational requirements. The position contributes to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational practices and procedures that promote a culture of ethical conduct, accountability, and regulatory compliance within the research enterprise. The coordinator routinely manages multiple priorities, identifies and resolves complex compliance-related issues, and adapts to evolving regulatory and institutional requirements. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of the research environment, applicable policies, and standard practices, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in the absence of explicit direction. Success in this position depends on building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal partners, including IRB, Sponsored Programs Administration, Research Finance, Accounting, Research Administration, and clinical areas, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn additional compliance and research administration systems.
