The Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health is seeking a Research Professional I to support the implementation of a multi-level behavioral sleep fitness program across 20 fire service agencies throughout Arizona. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with fire service stakeholders and an interdisciplinary research team to advance innovative behavioral health research that supports the health and well-being of firefighters. Working as part of a collaborative research team, the Research Professional I will support participant enrollment and engagement, monitor participant progress throughout the study protocol, and contribute to the formulation of research methods. The position will also participate in the collection, preparation, and management of behavioral health data and assist in the dissemination of research findings. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional coordination across assessment, coaching, implementation, and regulatory teams to ensure aligned, efficient, and timely study operations.
