This Co-Op is open to applicants who are available January - June 2027 OR June - December 2027. At the Research Pilot Brewery, you will be part of a team managing an area of our brewing process. You will be manually moving beer, grinding malt, and reporting data to upper management, functioning like a very efficient Microbrewery within the largest brewery in the country. You will be part of our company’s Innovations group, responsible for the development of new products and processes. You will be challenged to provide NEW high-quality beers and flavored malt beverages (FMB’s) in a SAFE and efficient manner to support future company growth. This role is hands-on and manual, involving moving hoses, opening valves, cleaning tanks, transferring products, and centrifuging beer. You will work with equipment such as flow meters, plate and frame coolers, glycol jacketed tanks, yeast separators, steam heaters, and lab instruments that you will be responsible for calibrating and operating. You will also manage an improvement project, present a ‘Beer Science’ topic, own an area of the brewery, and present your learnings to directors and Innovation leaders.
