About The Position

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing, strategizing, and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our research lab, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This person drives efficiency, manages resources, and fosters collaboration across departments to enhance overall productivity and success. This role supports research lab operations — it does not involve conducting research directly.

Requirements

• Proficiency with software and analytical tools to optimize processes and interpret data.
• Clear, professional communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic solution development.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of research lab operations experience.
