DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a HEMA Research Operations Lead, located in West Chester, Pennsylvania or Raynham, Massachusetts or Raritan, New Jersey or Warsaw, Indiana or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview DePuy Synthes is seeking a HEMA Research Operations Lead to drive the research operations for the Health Economics, Market Access & Epidemiology (HEMA) organization. This role is central to ensuring that HEMA's research portfolio spanning health economics studies, epidemiological analyses, and market access evidence generation is executed with rigor, efficiency, and strategic alignment. The Research Operations Lead will own the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination that enable the HEMA team to produce high-quality evidence and insights on time and within budget. This role is to be located in West Chester, Pennsylvania; Raynham, Massachusetts; Raritan, New Jersey; Warsaw, Indiana; or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
