The Research Nurse Residency Program will participate in structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on clinical experiences throughout the program. The ideal candidate will be an upcoming, or recent graduate (within 12 months), from an accredited ADN or BSN program, and be a licensed RN in the state of Texas one week prior to the assigned program start date. The start date will be August 10, 2026.
